FAQs

Is food provided?

No, but we do have plenty of gatorade and water for all campers.

What if there is inclement weather?

Our campers' safety is our number 1 priority. In the case of inclement weather, we will take shelter and continue appropriate instruction/activity in a safe area.  

What do the campers need to bring?

Campers should bring running shoes, spikes (if available), a towel, a water bottle, and any snacks they might need.

What level of athlete are these camps geared toward?

These camps are geared toward any level athlete, whether they are just beginning track & field or have been competing in track & field for many years. Our instruction is appropriate for all skill levels. 

Where is check in?

Check in will be located at a table in the parking lot of Hodges Stadium.

What time does drop off begin?

Drop off begins at 5:30pm, 30 minutes before the camp starts. All campers must be picked up by 9:30pm, 30 minutes after camp ends.

Where is drop off?

Drop off is located in the parking lot right next to Hodges Stadium. 

Will there be a trainer present?

Yes, we will have a trainer present for the duration of camp in case of any injury or illness.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will not be considered within 14 days of the clinic unless provided with a doctor's written confirmation of injury.

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes, parents are welcome to stay and watch, however, they must remain in the stands and cannot come onto the track or infield.
